This is an outfit that I wore to a Darling Dinner in Dallas last month. "What's a Darling Dinner?", you ask. Well, let me tell you! It was a FAB.U.LOUS dinner hosted by Darling Magazine and Lou & Grey at The Americano for a few bloggers. I thoroughly enjoyed the food AND the "art of conversation". In case you aren't familiar with Darling Magazine, they are a women-centric magazine that deals in realness and authenticity. What I mean is that they do NOT use Photoshop and use real people in their magazines. In their current issue, they're featuring the first professional model with Down Syndrome among other amazing women. I'm hooked! The reason I went into all of that details is to explain how they like to engage with people. On their website, you'll see three columns showing their mission, latest issue, and "today's conversation". During our dinner, they prompted us with conversation questions to get to know each other. What are you doing right now to be fierce (the theme of their latest issue)? What is one of the hardest things you've had to overcome? It was such a fun experience!
