Existence of .38 Smith Wesson Revolving Rifle cartridge? - General Ammunition Discussion - International Ammunition Association Web Forum

Description

Hello, I have purchased couple of cartridges recently at Landhorst, Netherland (ECRA meeting) and one of those, declared as 9mm Walking Stick came to me quite unusual. The case is 2.5mm shorter than 9 m/m WS (shot load) - 27.4mm and has the exact same case length and loading like .32 S&W R. Rim size 11.2mm (9m/m WS rim is 11.45); cylindrical part is 9.7mm (9m/m WS cylindrical part is 9.5mm). Lead round nose bullet is completely flush-type. From left to right: .32 S&W R …brass primer
