Winco's flat-bottomed aluminum ingredient scoops come in small (4 oz), medium (7 oz), and large (24 oz). Bakeries often use these as dry ingredient scoops, but they have many other applications too. Diners use them as french fry scoops, grocery stores use them in bulk sections for nuts, candy, and more.

Being constructed of cast aluminum, these scoops are strong and lightweight, with a textured finish for more grip and resistance against damage. Their flat bottoms allow them to be set down after use without rolling or spilling their contents. If you're looking for a flour/sugar scoop or something for ice, consider our round-bottomed scoops that are more popular for those applications.
