Tips:
1. Never attempt to remove the cap without this tool. If the seal leaks, sparks can cause an explosion.
2. The tool uses a large breaker lever or ratchet to fit tightly and lock and unlock. So you can only use it once. But doing this is smarter than slamming the retaining ring and possibly damaging the fuel pump assembly.
