The Lonsdale Super Pro Free Standing Punch Bag is a full sized heavy bag that allows for full power punches, kicks, knees and elbows.  With a high-density plastic base it is easily filled with water or sand for ultimum stability.  The flexible neck of the bag allows it to absorb powerful punches, while reducing base movement, it also utilizes a removable foam collar for added protection.
