The Pelvic Swing attaches directly to your wall offering great support for back traction and inversion exercise by simply by adding the two yoga belts into the hook. It is adjustable so you can do variety of stretching/yoga postures. The Wall Belts are made of nylon with a D-ring and buckle. The quick adjust/release buckle gives you a greater variety of exercises and adjustments to choose from. They can be used with the pelvic swing or alone. The pelvic swing set (wall belt) includes: 1 wide belt 4.3" wide x 50" long 2 narrow side straps 1.5" wide and 80" long Weight limit for pelvic swing we recommend - 330 lbs. PLEASE NOTE!!! The maximum weight for using belts also depends on the type of fastening that you will use when installing the belts to the wall. You should only use the pelvic swing for its intended purpose and if you are a beginner, we strongly recommend using the pelvic swing under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
