It provides the critical confidence boost during performance, without the bulky everyday protective training wear.  【Ergonomic Gel Pad Design】The gel pad thickness increases gradually from top to bottom to provide better impact protection in the tailbone area, while reducing the weight of the pad. Breathing holes are punched evenly in the pad to further reduce the weight, improve breathability, while still maintaining sufficient cushion. 【Wear Comfortablely】The shorts are made from soft and stretchy fabric (55% nylon and 45% spandex) to ensure all day wear comfort. 100% cotton double layer crotch and the slim no-show seams are for better hygiene and comfort.  【2-piece set】The package includes one panty and one gel pad. The panty has inner pocket to insert and remove gel pad. The panty is machine-washable after removing the gel pad.
