It becomes very obvious that a person is insanely tall when there’s a short person right next to them for comparison. And this often creates comical situations where tall people look like giants from fairy tales (or Hagrid from Harry Potter) and short people start to resemble the tenacious hobbits from The Lord of the Rings.
What’s the weather like up there? Do you play basketball? Were you always this tall? That’s just a bite-sized collection of the types of questions that tall people have to deal with on a daily basis. However, most of them smile, chuckle, and get on with their day without worrying too much.
