The Ready Set was formed on November 17, 2007. Jordan Witzigreuter is the vocalist and usually thought of as the only member; he writes and records his own music while using a backup band on tour. He has stated that he adopted the name due to concerns that his last name would be difficult for people to pronounce. Jordan resides in his hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana when he is not on tour or recording in Los Angeles, California. Jordan started playing the drums at age 11. Before forming The Read
