To use just snap the wings together (tag side down). Each pad will hold up to 4 tampons worth. Aisle develops their pads to hold up to heavy flow. Just make sure you choose a pad with adequate coverage, and change as needed!

Change at least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.

Care:

Aisle pads were designed to fit into your regular laundry routine. No need to soak - just give them a quick rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your next load of laundry.
