A comprehensive symposium dedicated to the dynamic field of brain health and neuro-enhancing performance. This summit aims to serve as a platform for in-depth exploration and dissemination of knowledge surrounding the six pillars of brain health: aerobic exercise, cognitive exercise, nutrition, limiting harmful exposures, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness.
